Southwestern Health Resources is looking for a highly skilled Account Manager.  Is that you?

Work Location: Southwestern Health Resources Headquarters, Hybrid: 1601 Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway, Farmers Branch, TX 75234.

Work Hours: Full Time Days (8:00am-5:00pm) for 40 hrs/week (remote work allowed at manager's discretion)

What You Will Do: 

Primary ownership of employer account, serving as the day-to-day point of contact, building trusted relationships with HR/Benefits leaders, executives, and key stakeholders, and helping shepherd new clients through plan start as well as helping existing customers through renewals. 40%
Lead a structured cadence of business reviews (monthly/quarterly/annual), including performance and service updates, action plans, and executive communications formulated to report on contract requirements whose responsibilities are co-owned with internal SWHR operational teams. Translation of contract requirements into clear employer facing insights could include:
o Utilization trends, high-cost drivers, avoidable ED/inpatient opportunities
o Quality measures, preventive care gaps, chronic condition performance
o Member experience and access metrics.

Coordinate employer operational needs such as program deployment, data feeds and roster processing, geo-access reporting and unique employer support from open enrollment through ongoing member communications and marketing campaigns. 10%
Proactively identify and mitigate account risks (service issues, access barriers, utilization trends, dissatisfaction signals), escalating appropriately while leading and documenting resolutions in CRM and/or shared workspaces. 20%
Partner with key employer contacts to understand renewals, expansion opportunities, and multi-year account growth plans with a mind towards ever emphasis towards the true needs of the employer and sustainability of a health benefits program, including collaborating with external benefits consultants/brokers, third-party administrators (TPAs), or other Employer Health Benefits Stakeholders, where relevant. 10%
Lead root-cause analysis and continuous improvement for recurring issues, ensuring employer confidence and member satisfaction. 5%

What You Need: 

Education
Bachelor's Degree Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing Req

Experience
5 Years Experience in account management or client success supporting employer health benefits, health plans, TPAs, Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), or related provider organizations, with exposure to provider sponsored health plans, value-based care programs, employer solutions, population health initiatives, or healthcare consulting for employer clients. Req

Education

Experience
5 Years Experience in account management or client success supporting employer health benefits, health plans, TPAs, Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), or related provider organizations, with exposure to provider sponsored health plans, value-based care programs, employer solutions, population health initiatives, or healthcare consulting for employer clients. Req

Skills
Demonstrated success managing complex B2B client relationships with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Working knowledge of employer-sponsored benefits and healthcare fundamentals, including provider networks, claims basics, foundations of care management programs.
Strong project management skills?��ability to lead implementations, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional deliverables.
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, executive presence), including ability to turn analytics into actionable employer insights.
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent), Excel/PowerPoint, and collaborative work platforms.
