Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
  • 6 months Enrollment and Billing experience (preferred)
  • 2 years Enrollment and Billing experience (strongly preferred)
  • 3 years’ experience in Medicare Advantage Programs (preferred)
 
Position Responsibilities SWHR Enrollment Coordinator will process enrollment as well as membership cancellation. Manage the enrollment database and research any missing information in the system. Review enrollment and disenrollment reports.  Generate billing statements, then mail bills and correspondence to appropriate recipients. Process adjustments, terminations, additions, changes or address, and monthly renewals into the billing system. Develop and manage enrollment and billing system to achieve maximum efficiency and accuracy.
 
In addition to the required qualifications, a successful Enrollment Coordinator will:
  • have thorough knowledge of CMS guidelines, processes, and systems
  • excellent problem solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • ability to work independently or as a team
  • excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
