Work location:  Southwestern Health Resources Headquarters, 1601/1603 Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway, Farmers Branch, TX 75234.

 

Work environment:  Care N’ Care (CNC) Health Plan.

Please note:  The Field Sales Manager – Care N’ Care (CNC) Health Plan will be an employee of Southwestern Health Resources (SWHR).   SWHR is a clinically integrated network formed by Texas Health Resources (THR) and University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center (UTSW). 

Work hours:  

·       Full-time, 40 hours per week.

·       Monday - Friday, Day shift.

·       Require travel within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding areas, based on department business needs.

Education
Bachelor's Degree Sales or related field Pref And
H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Req

Experience
5 Years Sales or client relations experience Req and
2 Years Medicare Advantage Insurance Experience Pref

Licenses and Certifications
Other TX Life and Health license Upon Hire Req

Skills
Ability to present information in front of large groups of people
Communicate professionally and effectively
Track activities in the CRM system
Critical thinking skills to assist with problem resolution
Ability to build new relationships and foster existing relationships
Ability to think strategically to assist Sales Manager with increased sales
