Education
H.S. Diploma or Equivalent 4 Years Additional relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree. Required Or
Bachelor's Degree Business or Administration Required And
Master's Degree MHA, MBA, or related Health Care Preferred

Experience
5 Years Healthcare/Health Insurance experience to include 2 years (3 years preferred) of Management experience (with Bachelor's Degree) Required or
9 Years Healthcare/Health Insurance experience to include 2 years (3 years preferred) of Management experience (without Bachelor's Degree) Required and
Knowledge of specific regulatory, managed care requirements. Preferred

Skills
Must demonstrate a high level of analysis and aptitude in research.
Must demonstrate a high level of organization, time management, and detail orientation.
Must be proficient in the use of the organization's computer-based software applications.
Must demonstrate excellent people skills and exemplary oral and written communication skills.
Must demonstrate a strong commitment to client service and deliver a quality work product.
Must use interpersonal/communication skills and strategies with individuals to achieve:
Desirable/acceptable outcomes/responses
Perceptions of satisfaction or acceptance of those involved.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Efficient PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint.)
Ability to effectively communicate telephonically.

Must be dependable, exhibit strong initiative, and be self- motivated.
