Paralegal - Contract Management Team
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Bachelor’s or Associate's Degree preferred.
• 8 years’ of experience as a Paralegal, to include 3 years of experience in Leading Contract Management Processes in contract preparation, negotiation, administration and management, including reviewing and understanding of legal contracts, terms, and conditions required.
• 5 years’ of experience in Healthcare Legal with at least 2 years in-house experience required.
• Texas Paralegal Certification required Within 1 year of hire.
• Significant experience with drafting, reviewing and negotiating many different types of contracts.
• Must understand technical legal terminology.
• Requires proficiency in Microsoft Word. Knowledge of word processing software and legal documents.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build and maintain trusted relationships with colleagues.
• Solution oriented.
