The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Education

Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare related field Required

Master's Degree Preferred
Experience

Bachelor’s Degree Required And

3 years’ experience in Healthcare Delivery Required And
-
2 years demonstrated knowledge in Clinical Safety/Patient Experience using structured Process Improvement methodologies (i.e. Lean, Six Sigma, RCA, FMEA) Required And
-
Quality Improvement/Practice Improvement (QI/PI) and/or Clinical Safety/Patient experience with a Healthcare focus Required
OR
-
Master’s Degree Preferred And
-
3 years’ experience in Healthcare Delivery Required And

1 year demonstrated knowledge in Clinical Safety/Patient Experience using structured Process Improvement methodologies (i.e. Lean, Six Sigma, RCA, FMEA) Required And

Licenses and Certifications

Specialized Certification in Clinical Safety and Patient Experience (i.e., CPPS, CPXP, etc.), obtained from a nationally recognized organization Upon Hire Preferred Or
-
PMP - Project Management Professional Certification Upon Hire Preferred Or
-
Other Clinical licensure Upon Hire Preferred And
-
Certification Upon Hire Preferred or within 1 Year of Hire

Basic Data Analysis experience Preferred

Ability to utilize and be proficient in Microsoft Suite, primarily in Excel and Report Creation Preferred
