The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience
Six months of scheduling or health
care office experience required
Prefer referral processing or scheduling experience
Demonstrated knowledge of intermediate computer skills also preferred
License
Valid Driver's License required upon hire
Skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
Follow protocols and standards
Accurate, efficient and dependable
Strong verbal and written communications with all levels of people; bi-lingual
a plus
Demonstrates good judgment
Consults with others and shares knowledge
Computer Skills: Excel, Word, Outlook
Knowledge of HIPAA is helpful
