The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent Required

Experience

Six months of Healthcare Scheduling or Healthcare Office experience Required

High Volume Call Center experience Strongly Preferred
Referral Processing experience Preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of intermediate computer skills Preferred

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
Follow protocols and standards
Accurate, efficient and dependable
Strong verbal and written communications with all levels of people; bi-lingual a plus
Demonstrates good judgment
