Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Education, Healthcare or Healthcare related field with 1 Year Experience in a Formal Training or Teaching position Required

OR
Associate's Degree with 3 Years’ Experience in a Formal Training or Teaching position Required

1 Year Experience in a Formal Training or Teaching position with Bachelor’s Required

OR
3 Years’ Experience in a Formal Training or Teaching position with Associate’s Required

AND
1 Year Experience Processing Referrals and Obtaining Insurance Authorization Required

Skills
Excellent problem solving skills and tenacity in complex situations is required.

Excellent communication and presentation or training facilitation skills.

Proven ability to develop training material quickly and accurately and to execute training programs.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, SalesForce data entry, EPIC.

Knowledge of scheduling processes, insurance verification and pre-authorization experience, medical terminology and clinic practice experience.

License
Valid Driver's License required upon hire
