The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Experience

3 years of Healthcare/Medical Office experience Required

Call Center work environment experience Strongly Preferred

Intermediate Microsoft Excel Strongly Preferred

Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software Strongly Preferred, i.e., Epic, Allscripts, Nexgen, Flowcast

Advanced computer skills and database experience Preferred
Travel
Local travel to attend on-site meetings or as requested to the SWHR Corporate Headquarters located at 1603 LBJ Freeway, Farmers Branch, Texas 75234
