The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
 
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
 
Experience
  • 3 years of Healthcare/Medical Office experience Required
  • Call Center work environment experience Strongly Preferred
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel Strongly Preferred
  • Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software Strongly Preferred, i.e., Epic, Allscripts, Nexgen, Flowcast
  • Advanced computer skills and database experience Preferred
 
Travel
Local travel to attend on-site meetings or as requested to the SWHR Corporate Headquarters located at 1603 LBJ Freeway, Farmers Branch, Texas 75234
 
Skills
  • Self-motivated, strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and set priorities
  • Computer Skills: Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook
  • Data entry, database management
  • Analytical, accurate, efficient and dependable
  • Customer service orientated with strong written, verbal, and auditory communication skills
  • Adapts readily to change, works well in a team environment
  • Understanding of medical terminology and concepts
