Travel Requirements
Local travel 50% within D/FW

Territory will cover Fort Worth, Cleburne, Burleson, Weatherford, Azle, Lakeworth, Keller/Alliance and surrounding areas with travel to Dallas once per week or as required.

Licenses and Certifications
Valid Texas Driver’s License upon hire Required

Solid project management skills and ability to produce high-quality and timely deliverables within a project-focused environment. Capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience working with large data sets, creating ad hoc reports, and presentations
Demonstrates effective proactive problem solving ability while maintaining compliance protocols. Identify solutions to non-standard requests and challenges
Exemplary communication skills: written, verbal and multi-media
Demonstrated ability to impact physician engagement and influence outcomes. Cooperate with cross-functional leaders and available resources to optimize value of physician partnerships ensuring optimal coverage of services and specialties within assigned region.
Exemplary planning and organizational skills
Extensive computer proficiency covering a wide variety of software programs, specifically Microsoft Office and database or business analytics applications (Salesforce, Access, BIRST)
