Post-Acute Supervisor - Registered Nurse (RN) - SWHR CIN - Farmers Branch

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

•  H.S. Diploma or Equivalent required And

•  Associate’s Degree in Nursing required Or.
•  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.

•  2 Years of recent experience in skilled nursing facility as MDS coordinator required or,

•  2 Years of experience in managed care or other health plan required,

•  3 Years of experience as an RN required And

•  2 Years Experience in direct patient care as a nurse in post acute setting required And

•  1 Year of experience supervising staff preferred And,

•  1 Year Previous experience with managed care data systems and reports preferred.

•  RN – Registered Nurse License upon hire required.

 Skills
•  Strong analytical and organizational skills

•  Ability to apply professional standards of practice in work environment Knowledge of specific regulatory, managed care requirements preferred

•  Must be proficient in various word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, and database programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
