The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• 1 year customer service experience required
• sales, healthcare or related experience preferred
• Bi- lingual preferred
• Insurance Licensed (Health, life &HMO) upon hire required and
• Drivers License upon hire required

• Ability to learn new materials and able to retain important statistics and information important to retiree’s understanding of Medicare Advantage Plans.
• Self-motivated and professional with strong active listening skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities; effective interpersonal skills
• Solid analytical and problem solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail, ability to learn and adhere to compliance/audit requirements
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and follow up skills
