The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Social Media or related field Required

Experience

7 years professional experience in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Corporate Communications, and Social Media Required.

Must include 5 years' Marketing and/or Product Management experience working with Health Systems, Hospitals, Physician Groups, Health Plans, or other comparable industry organizations Required.

Must also include at least 6 months of Marketing experience in a Healthcare Academic or Training Facility Required.

Track record in developing results-oriented campaigns with detailed reporting.

Proven ability to set work priorities, balance and organize work in a fast-paced environment and work independently as well as in a dynamic, team-oriented environment

Ability to conceptualize and manage large, complex projects and effectively manage projects in a large, matrix management organization

Excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to articulate messaging, resolve issues, define processes, etc. both orally and in writing.
