Quality Assurance Clinical Trainer SWHR CIN

Associate's Degree in Health Care Administration or Nursing Required

Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration or Nursing Preferred

2 years’ experience in Medicare Advantage or Managed Care Required

2 years’ experience in  Quality Assurance / Auditing, Clinical Education, or Case Management in an Acute or Post-Acute Provider setting or other Healthcare Company Required

3 years’ experience in Utilization Review, Discharge Planning, and Medical Case Management in a Hospital or Post-Acute Care setting Strongly Preferred

Operational Health Plan Training experience Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Preferred

CCM - Certified Case Manager Upon Hire Preferred or

CPHQ - Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality Upon Hire Preferred

Working knowledge of computers and basic software applications used in job functions such as word processing, graphics, databases, spreadsheets, etc.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Working knowledge and ability to apply professional standards of practice in work environment.

Knowledge of specific regulatory and managed care requirements.
