Associate's Degree PrefExperience5 Years Coding Auditing or related experience. Experience must include one year of leading projects and/or management/supervisory experience. ReqLicenses and Certifications Professional coder certification with credentialing from AHIMA and/or AAPC (RHIT, RHIA, CAC, CPC, COC, CPC-P, CCS) Upon Hire Req And
CRC within twelve months of hire 12 Months ReqSkills Demonstrate high-level expertise in understanding and staying current in Medicare Advantage and Medicare coding and documentation policies and regulations.
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel and PowerPoint).
Must possess solid analytical, problem-solving, planning, communication, documentation, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, and forge strong interpersonal relationships within the department, with other departments, and with external audiences
