Experience
3 Years Relevant Project Management experience to include experience with Population Health IT solutions such as Health Information Exchange, Care Management Applications, Provider Referral Solutions, Provider Directory Solutions, Electronic Medical Records, and Customer Relationship Management tools Required
AND
3 Years’ Experience with Clinical and Claims Data Aggregation and Normalization, Production of Quality Measures, Calculation of Risk Scores, Accountable Care Reporting requirements, Care Coordination workflows, Provider Recruitment and On-Boarding, and Payor Operations Preferred
Licenses and Certifications
PMP - Project Management Professional Certification Upon Hire Preferred
OR
Other CAPM Upon Hire Preferred
Position Responsibilities SWHR CIN Strategic Operations Project Manager is:
Leads large operational, IT and data analytics projects utilizing project management tools, techniques, and methodologies. Responsible for project management duties, which require thorough understanding of, and adherence to principles of project management; may perform project tasks as required by the project plan.
Develop project plans encompassing both operational and IT tasks. Develop communications documents; communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Responsible for development and documenting of project risks, issues, assumptions, and scope. Identifies and proposes project resourcing and keeps stakeholders updated with status reports.
Set and continually manage expectations with team members and other stakeholders; delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel; identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team in collaboration with manager; identify & manage project dependencies & critical paths.
Work with operational and technical managers and senior management to define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle. Ensure projects meets system goals and are in line with strategy. Aids in redirecting projects if they move outside of scope or strategy.
Monitor budget, timeline and scope adherence of major initiatives and escalate any variances to leadership. Work with leadership to develop solutions to issues.
Aids in developing team tools and processes. Conduct post project reviews and create recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements, and mentors fellows and project specialists in work and meeting management.
