Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Corporate Communications, and Social Media, or related field Required
- 5 Years Professional experience in marketing, advertising, public relations, corporate communications, and social media Required
- Experience in B2B or B2C marketing and/or product management experience working with health systems, hospitals, physician groups, health plans or other comparable industry organization Preferred
- Experience working directly with Health Plan and Medicare Advantage payers Preferred
Position Responsibilities
- Works with marketing team to develop, manage and execute on integrated marketing and communications plans and campaigns. Ensures strategies, tactics, resources, KPIs are aligned with organizational goals and priorities.
- Develop targeted engagement strategies, utilizing traditional and digital communications channels
- Manages project costs, budgets and tracking processes
- Presents marketing communications plans and initiatives and results to various levels of the organization
- Serves as marketing point of contact and manages relationship with business partners
- Responsible for managing and prioritizing the needs of stakeholders
- Serve as a marketing expert and internal advisor for stakeholder
- Manages contractors, external resources, and vendors
- Identifies story or content ideas as part of overall integrated marketing and communications plan
- Manages the development, approval process and distribution of communications
- Writes and edits marketing and communications materials, as needed
- Analyzes data and market research to gain actionable insights, understand market dynamics, trends and competition to drive marketing strategies focused on growth and retention
- Ongoing analysis of key performance indicators to assess campaign effectiveness, and refines based on learnings and best practices
- Develops methods, techniques, policy concepts and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
- Participates in the development of marketing campaigns and materials, working with creative and media agencies
- Protects the SWHR brand and ensures marketing and communications adhere to brand and writing style guidelines
- Performs miscellaneous job-related projects as assigned
