VP Provider Engagement SWHRCIN
|
Responsible for partnering
with the Executive Officer (EO), Network Services to develop and implement
initiatives that support maintenance and improvement of performance standards
of physicians in the SWHR network. |
|
Lead creation, implementation,
and monitoring of key physician education, outreach, and onboarding
initiatives within primary care and specialty care practices. |
|
Serve as liaison between
SWHR senior leadership and local pods and divisions for physician contracts,
annual incentive payouts, key program changes, and other provider-facing
initiatives; responsible for agenda development for pod and division
meetings. |
|
Accountable for the
identification and implementation of strategies to promote provider
engagement(such as meeting attendance, newsletter utilization, etc.) and
facilitating an agenda of patient engagement by practices. |
|
Establish and manage
processes to regularly report standard metrics related to provider
engagement. |
|
Partners with SWHR Network
Analytics leadership to utilize data and provider dashboards to identify and
provide recommendations for network-wide performance improvement
opportunities to the EO, Network Services. |
|
Oversee the design and
implementation of training for Provider Operations Representatives and
Onboarding teams to ensure effective service and communication with network
physicians and their staff; responsible for articulating and educating the
department on the SWHR value proposition for physicians. |
|
Provides mentorship to
Directors to help instill ownership within their teams for the performance of
divisions and pods as well as individual providers and groups; defines and
build metrics for measuring the performance of all teams in the department. |
|
Develop, manage, and report
departmental budget including the creation and monitoring of key financial
targets and related performance metrics to the EO, Network Services. |
|
Ensure optimal use of CRM
capabilities to optimize effectiveness and efficiency of staff in carrying
out Network Service daily operations. |
|
Responsible for executing
strategy to improve service levels and communication with community
physicians and prompt resolution of critical concerns. |
|
Ensure a collaborative
environment within the department and organization to facilitate solutions
and optimal performance for network providers including introduction to and
deployment of SWHR resources. |
- Bachelor's degree required
- Master's degree preferred
- 10 years progressive experience in health services either from the payer or provider population health sector with senior management experience in network management, network operations, recruiting, contracting, sales, and/or business development.
