Education
Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Epidemiology, Mathematics or similar quantitatively intense discipline required.
Master's Degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Epidemiology, Mathematics or similar quantitatively intense discipline preferred.

Experience
10 years experience in data modeling and analytics in the healthcare industry. A strong record of integrating cross-functional data to drive innovation in the delivery of healthcare value, product and service development. Demonstrated expertise with data warehouse and BI/web analytics and EHR/EMR data. Demonstrated experience in production big data mining, deep learning algorithms and machine learning environments. Demonstrated experience with data visualization platforms (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, etc.) is required.

Skills
Ability to influence, facilitate, coach, and mentor others to affect positive change.
Solid oral and written presentation skills, including comfort with senior management with ability to digest diverse data and information into cohesive and succinct opportunities.
Knowledge of existing and emerging hospital and outpatient health care industry trends, practices, and work requirements.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with demonstrated ability to analyze complex business issues, aggregate and synthesize information and quickly identify actions required to resolve them.
Ability to think big picture but still maintain strong attention to details and accuracy.
